Customer Service

You can come to Nova Lucina to make a logo and to create a complete branding for your company.  We do this on the basis of meetings and feedback, so that your branding is clear and also appeals to your customers in a clear manner. All these services can be found in the services menu. In addition, Nova Lucina also provides occasional cards. Around each new season, new cards are added to the webshop. There will also be notifications of this on Facebook and Instagram, so keep an eye on our social media.

If you want to work with us, please fill our form in or contact us via the different service modules. If you contact me via Instagram or another social media I will refer you to this website and the Services section or Contact section.

 

If you have any questions about certain products, feel free to send an email to kaylee.novalucina@gmail.com. I will be happy to answer all your questions. Is your product damaged? Please send me an email and we will try to find a solution together. 

Privacy & Security

All your personal information is carefully guarded. Your personal information will only be viewed by me and used for my customer database.

 

Due to COVID-19, meetings are currently held via online platforms such as Whereby. Together we will find a suitable time and discuss what suits your company best. After our meeting, you will already receive a temporary invoice, of which 2/5ths should be paid in advance.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All parcels are sent via Bpost. There is the possibility to send it as a letter (€2,50) or as a parcel with tracking (€6,00). Due to COVID-19 your package may take longer to arrive. This is all in the hands of Bpost and I am not responsible for this. To the Netherlands we also send as a letter (€5).

 

Packages are sent in an envelope with a reinforcement so that the chance of bending is reduced. Recyclable material is used as much as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Postcards cannot be returned, has something happened to your order in the post? If something happened to your order in the post, take a picture of it and send it to us via e-mail + your order number. Possibly one will be sent back, but shipping costs have to be paid again.
